TD> Halloween Frolic (For Parlor and School Entertainments), by Lizzie de Armond et al., published by David C. Cook Publishing Co. in 1908. This is actually a collection of original Halloween songs, with sheet music.
Dennison's Bogie Book. These popular (and now highly collectible) little pamphlets were published by stationery and party supplies manufacturer Dennison for many years. They include wonderful illustrations and of course lots of party tips!

Werner's Readings and Recitations No. 31: Hallowe'en Festivities, by Stanley Schell, published by Edgar S. Werner & Co. in 1903. Despite being part of a series, this book is both one of the oldest and largest (192 pages) of the Halloween pamphlets.

Halloween Fun Book compiled and edited by Frances Somers, published by the Minneapolis Hallowe'en Committee in 1937. This one's much more than another charming little party booklet - it's really a reaction to the damage incurred by Minnesota Halloween pranksters, complete with charts and figures showing dollar amounts, etc.
Halloween Fun Book compiled and edited by Frances Somers, 4th edition revised by Walter P. Dahlberg published by the Minneapolis Hallowe'en Committee in 1951. This revised edition includes facts showing that destructive pranking has considerably diminished since publication of the first edition!
Halloween: A Workbook for Little Folks by Margaret L. White, published by American Book Company in 1936. A curious little pamphlet that presents Halloween-themed coloring, art challenges, and vocabulary for young children.
